The personal trainer will:
-design and implement balanced programs based on evidence-based research, personal experience, and individual clients’ needs
-administer fitness tests, including body composition, preliminary health assessments, and baseline measures -understand the importance of strength and conditioning for youth and collegiate athletes
-demonstrate a professional and positive attitude at all times.
-maintain personal wellness and self-awareness
-be comfortable working with a gym dog

The personal trainer should have the following qualifications and experience to differentiate instruction and serve our clients' needs effectively. To be considered for this position, the candidate should have:
-a nationally recognized personal training or HFI certification
-a college degree (bachelor's or master's degree) in Exercise Science or a related field of study
-current CPR certification
-liability insurance
-minimum three years experience working in the field in some capacity
-a working knowledge of rehabilitative techniques or willingness to learn
