Position Description:
Our customer is tasked with developing, testing, procuring, fielding, and maintaining the FLRAA Weapon System with First Unit Equipped (FUE) scheduled for 2030.
Serco will provide Engineering, Logistics, and Acquisition and Strategic Planning Services to support of the Future Long Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA) Project Management (PM) Office. The primary place of performance is Redstone Arsenal, Alabama or authorized virtual work location.
You will be joining a team of 25-40 full-time, highly experienced, and qualified acquisition, logistics and engineering professionals led and managed by Mr. Dave Schairbaum, who previously led the Air Force Combat Rescue Helicopter (CRH) development program as Program Director.

In this position, you will support the following:
- Analyze, assess, and provide recommendations to the Government on the program’s data rights; and use for integrated logistics support data deliverables from the manufacturer
- In coordination with key stakeholders, support Digital Enterprise product data and Digital Thread framework management; provide review and verification in the receipt of Logistics Product Data and the Digital System Model
- Support the monitoring of the performance and progress of the FLRAA Program of Record (PoR) by participating in meetings and program reviews
- Conduct the analysis required to support the completion of Business Case Analyses for Modular Open Systems Approach (MOSA) investments, including, but not limited to: cost analysis and estimating lifecycle cost savings realized through the implementation of innovative MOSA strategies such as intellectual property acquisition, open architecture implementation, and reuse and/or modification of hardware and software components from other enterprise investments

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- An active Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Law, Computer Science, or related field
Additional desired experience and skills:
- Course work or work experience in contract law and intellectual property and data rights
- Ability and willingness to travel up to an average of 25%
- Ability and willingness to support full-time on-govt site support
- Ability and willingness to support full-time, regular-recurring, and/or situational Telecommuting
