Where is the work performed or taking place?

Houses, apartments and condos in all of North Idaho and Eastern Washington. We have three office locations, Sandpoint, Hayden and Spokane.

Do I work alone or in a team?

Cleaning jobs are mostly performed by solo cleaners. For bigger jobs, we send teams of 2 people. You must have reliable transportation to mobilize to the work.

Qualifications

Detail-oriented & committed to delivering high-quality cleaning services.

Strong work ethic, punctuality, & ability to work both independently & as a team player.

Excellent communication skills.

Prior cleaning experience is a plus, but not required. We're happy to train motivated individuals.

Reliable transportation with insurance & a valid driver's license.

Be available for work.

Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional cleaning services to our residential & commercial clients.

Follow customized cleaning checklist to meet individual client needs & preferences.

Utilize our methods to ensure a safe & healthy environment.

Listen & respond to client feedback, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Each applicant will be background checked nation, state & county wide.

You must pass the screening interview process to be considered.

Access to a smart phone & email (internet connection at all times) is required to access important job details. Take photos of before and after cleanings. Download 3-4 apps we use for our business. Clocking in and out, job details and a communications app.

Our Residential cleaning service runs Monday through Friday, between 8am to 6pm.

We unfortunately cannot guarantee any amount of hours or a set schedule. Once hired we place your availability in our booking system and then proceed to obtain clients to fill your availability. We try to fill your schedule based on your availability.

Pre-Employment Requirements:

Complete our online training program to become certified. After 90 days you will be awarded a bonus for the completion of the this.

Provide all required documents for legal employment.

Dress code: Khaki or tan colored pants, black non-slip shoes, our uniform logo shirt.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
