payroll accounts receivables, and payables including:
- Welcome patients to the office and help with any questions or concerns;
- Provide information regarding dental office services and procedures;
- Take telephone calls and respond to dental inquiries appointments, and insurance;
- Scheduling appointments according to available time slots and providing appointment details to patients over the telephone and in person;
- Assist patients in filling out patient information forms;
- Take patient's medical histories and insurance information;
- Provide dentists with information on patients' histories and complaints;
- Provide patients with information on dental procedures and what to expect;
- Make follow-up calls to patients to provide them with reminders about appointments, collect patient payments, and verify insurance.
Requirements:
- Should have exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills;
- Dedicated to delivering excellent customer service;
- Must be friendly, professional, and highly organized;
- Previous dental experience is beneficial.
