Cleaning Contractor

Job Overview:

As a Contract Cleaner with SereneClean, you will have the flexibility to select which jobs you want to accept and work on your own schedule. You will provide cleaning services using your own supplies and equipment, ensuring each home or business is left in pristine condition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough cleanings for residential properties, including regular home maintenance, Airbnb turnovers, and move-in/move-out cleanings.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and other specified areas.
• Adhere to client-specific requests and preferences, delivering a customized cleaning experience.
• Maintain professional communication with clients and management to ensure service satisfaction.
• Manage your own supplies and equipment to complete each job effectively.

Requirements:

• Prior professional cleaning experience (residential or commercial) is required.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation to travel between job sites across the Charlotte Metro Area and surrounding areas.
• Own and maintain your cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Self-motivated, organized, and punctual.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
