The Recovery Center of Medina County is seeking an exceptional Executive Director to lead and shape our nonprofit organization in partnership with Sérénité Restaurant and Culinary Institute. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive strategic initiatives, empower individuals on their journey to recovery and reintegration, and secure essential funding through grant writing and fundraising efforts.
Position Overview:
As the Executive Director, you will play a pivotal role in charting the course of The Recovery Center of Medina County. Your responsibilities will encompass developing and executing strategic plans, establishing and upholding organizational policies, nurturing strong relationships with stakeholders, spearheading the attainment of our overarching goals, and leading grant writing and fundraising activities. Collaborating closely with the board of directors, you will oversee the realization of the recovery center's mission and objectives.
Work Schedule: M-F 8:30 am-5pm Saturday / Sunday

Compensation:$55,000 - $70,000 DOE
Responsibilities:
Sérénité serves French Cuisine, using only the finest and freshest ingredients, prepared to perfection by Chef Todd Whitman and his staff.
The Sérénité Restaurant & Culinary Institute launched in the spring of 2018. As a 501(c)(3) non-profit working in conjunction with the Recovery Center of Medina County and open to anyone in the recovery community.
Sérénité provides culinary training over the course of a six-month program. Students are paid to attend and have full access to all of the Recovery Center of Medina County’s programming, case management, and support systems.
Sérénité helps to change the face of recovery by providing essential on-the-job training for students and generates revenue to support the recovery center, supplementing the cost of education.
