PCM (Assistant Clinical Manager)

We are seeking an Assistant Clinical Manager (Patient Care Manager) for our Jacksonville, FL office. Your primary responsibility will be to own the metrics that allow patients to heal with TMS treatment and take back their life.
Direct support from organizational leadership will help you cultivate the skills to successfully manage a practice independently. Serenity's proven clinical model, leading to 130% growth year over year, will be shared with you as you are trained and mentored to quickly advance your career. We are in growth mode and continuing to expand our team to meet the needs of our patients.

- High School Diploma/ GED
- Strong customer service mindset
