Customer Support Representative
At Serenity Healthcare, we have the fulfilling job of helping patients take their life back! Our mission is to support the thousands of people who are struggling with depression, anxiety, and other mood disorders. This position is responsible for coordinating care for patients who are calling in needing help with their mental health. Someone passionate about helping people and has an interest in the field of healthcare will be successful and find fulfillment in this role. Offices are open from 6 AM- 8 PM Monday-Friday and 7 AM-7 PM on Saturdays, with various full-time shifts available.

Job Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls of patients who are seeking help
- Respond to patients via phone and email.
- Educate patients on various treatment options our Healthcare company provides and answer any questions or concerns.
- Record patient information into our system.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/ GED.
- Proven experience in a contact center or customer support via telephone.
- Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable in difficult situations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, basic math skills.
- Previous experience working with computer-based information systems.
