IT Operations Director 

Serenity Healthcare is looking for an IT Operations Director. This position will lead our efforts in IT Systems and Network Operations/Administration, Security and Help Desk. The ideal candidate has excellent interpersonal skills and can keep systems running smoothly ahead of business demands. This employee will be instrumental in procuring, configuring, and managing the hardware and software to propel the company to new levels. This position requires someone who is hands-on and can function at a high level in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: 

• Inventory Management and Procurement: Laptops, Printers, Servers 

• Office and Clinic Build out:  Installing and managing cameras (Ubiquiti/Unifi (Firewall, Camera, NVR)); setting up printers; networking. 

• IT Support:  help desk, hardware issues, network issues, architecture management, M365 configuration, deployment and management, credentials management (onboarding/offboarding) 

• System Architecture: 3rd party applications, company servers (Azure), credentials inventory, and relationship to company networking 

• Manages the IT team. 

Experience Required: 

• Extensive and wide-ranging IT background 

• Proven experience managing and leading an IT team. 

• Cloud Architecture (ideally Azure) 

• Server Management (Windows) 

• M365 Platform 

• Inventory Tracking and management 

• Networking
