2. An active, unrestricted, compact RN or LPN license

What you'll do:
- Communicate with collaborating physicians regarding patient care.
- Assist with applicable medication refill requests.
- Assist physicians with answering questions about medications over the phone, and through our online patient portal.
- Educate patients about health maintenance.
- Maintain accurate patient electronic medical records.
- Provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members.
What We are Looking For
- Experience with outpatient EHR systems such as eclinicalworks.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Show care and compassion for patients through phone calls, and online messages
- Willingness to be flexible and adapt as situations require.
- Ability to remain calm if a patient becomes distressed.
