You will utilize a range of innovative sourcing strategies, tapping into online platforms, networking events, professional associations, and referral networks to find the hidden gems in the field. But your role doesn't end there. You will act as a trusted advisor and partner to hiring managers and other team members, collaborating closely to understand their needs and guide them through the hiring process. By evaluating candidates based on their people skills, experience, and cultural fit, you will ensure that only the best and most dedicated individuals join our team.

Responsibilities
- Identifying qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing strategies
- Delivering a superb candidate experience that begins with the initial phone call all the way through delivering and closing the offer.
- Collaborate with hiring the managers to identify future hiring needs.
- Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process (candidate sourcing, screening, qualification evaluation, interviewing, and follow up) to facilitate the hire of qualified candidates.
- Required to consistently hit weekly metric goals of phone calls, interviews, and placements.
- Sourcing candidates using multiple platforms.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 6 months of recruiting experience (not required, but highly preferred).
- Should be proficient in computer applications like Microsoft products, social media tools, and with CRM/ applicant tracking systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
