What You’ll Do
- Tend to the mental health needs of patients by diagnosing, creating treatment plans, then providing continuity of care and medication management.
- Focus on quality of care and patient satisfaction with an interdisciplinary behavioral health team.
- Focus of the practice is on adult patients age 18 – 60, but the Nurse Practitioner may be asked to see children, adolescent and adult patients.
- Maintain a collaborative approach and be willing to work with Serenity’s team to provide the highest level of patient care.
- Work within the EHR system and leverage excellent written and verbal communications skills to build and maintain a clinical rapport with patients.
- Collaborate with Serenity’s team to help patients with complex cases to find innovative solutions for long-term care.
- Must have or be getting your PMHNP.
- Must possess a valid and current Nurse Practitioner license.
- True passion for helping patients overcome their mental health struggles.
- Work well in a strong team environment.
- Continually learning and looking for the best treatment options available.
- Experience with TMS and/or Ketamine treatments for severe cases is a plus, but not required.
- Strongly prefer candidates who are open to working on Saturdays.
