Treatment Coordinator (TMS)

Serenity is seeking an empathetic and encouraging Treatment Coordinator for our Lehi clinic. In this role, you get the opportunity to help patients take back their lives by providing support and compassion during TMS treatments. As a Treatment Coordinator, you will primarily administer TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) and build relationships, while connecting with patients throughout the duration of their treatments.
Other Responsibilities
- Create a supportive environment while demonstrating compassion.
- Record session notes and collaborate with providers on patient care.
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, empathy, and positivity for our patients.
- Follow implemented TMS protocols.
- Provide excellent patient care and support while developing trust and rapport.

Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associates degree in communications, marketing, business, or pre-med from an accredited university or equivalent experience in related field.
- Previous customer service experience highly desired.
