Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or concerns
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer accounts and maintain accurate records
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or provide additional information as needed
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets
- Handle customer complaints or escalations with empathy and find appropriate solutions
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about company products, policies, and procedures

Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, especially in English
