We are seeking a dynamic IT Project Manager/ Delivery Manager with expertise in security, cyber, cloud, networking, AI/ML, and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will oversee the delivery of complex IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technological advancements. This role demands a strong leader who can manage multi-disciplinary teams, deliver high-quality projects on time, and ensure robust security and infrastructure solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead the end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a diverse team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Application Development and maintenance: Support assigned projects for Application Development, Application Maintenance, System Integration.
- Proposal Development: develop compelling proposals while working with Presales team, respond to RFPS, RFIs, meet client stakeholders, showcase capabilities etc.
- Security and Cybersecurity: Oversee the implementation of security measures to protect IT systems and data, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Cloud Management: Drive cloud adoption strategies, manage cloud infrastructure, and optimize cloud-based services for performance and cost-efficiency.
- Networking: Ensure the stability, security, and efficiency of the organization's network infrastructure.
- AI/ML Integration: Lead initiatives to integrate AI and ML technologies into business processes, enhancing automation and decision-making capabilities.
- Infrastructure Management: Oversee the maintenance, upgrade, and expansion of IT infrastructure to support organizational growth and innovation.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers, ensuring quality delivery and cost-effectiveness.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project and operational continuity.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of IT projects and services.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: At least 5-7 years of experience in IT project delivery, with a focus on application, security, cloud, networking, AI/ML, and infrastructure.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications such as PMP, CISSP, CCSP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, CCNA/CCNP, or equivalent are highly desirable.
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of application architecture, application design, and the complete SDLC for the projects.
- Sound knowledge of Agile, preferably has agile certifications e.g. SAFe, CSM
- In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity practices and frameworks.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proficiency in networking technologies (LAN/WAN, VPN, Firewalls, etc.).
- Experience with AI/ML tools and frameworks.
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure components and management.
- Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
