A DAY IN THE LIFE
As a Coordinator, you will provide clinical oversight and leadership in crisis assessment, treatment planning, service delivery, staff training, program development and refinement, productivity, and compliance management. The Senior Coordinator will oversee the intake and admission process and program census management, monitor, and evaluate the effectiveness of staff interventions and collaborate with collateral care providers and treatment providers. Acts on behalf of the Regional Director in his/her absence; under the supervision of the Chief Operating Officer. The Senior Coordinator will maintain statistical records for monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as mandated by regulatory and SERV requirements and closely monitor program compliance with all licensing and regulatory requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS
Master’s Degree in the human service/behavioral health field plus five years of clinical and related work experience, a minimum of which two years is supervisory.

- Valid driver's license
- Good driving record with no more than 5 points
- Ability to successfully complete a physical, drug screen, and background check
