24 hr - Live-In Caregiver

We specialize in providing personalized non-medical support to individuals in the comfort of their own homes, ensuring they receive the care and assistance they need to thrive and age in place.

We seek caring and dedicated individuals to join our team as Caregivers. In this role, you will provide our clients with essential non-medical care and support, helping them maintain their independence and dignity while improving their overall well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to dietary needs and restrictions
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning, laundry, and organizing
• Escort clients to appointments, outings, and social activities
• Provide medication reminders as needed (prompting and cueing only; no administration)
• Monitor and report changes in client's health or behavior to the appropriate supervisor
• Follow care plans and ensure all care is provided in accordance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a caregiver or similar role preferred
• Compassionate and patient with a genuine desire to help others
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, responsible, and punctual
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certification in caregiving is a plus
