Swan Plumbing, Heating & Air in Denver, CO is a well-established and growing residential company whose goal is to make our customers happy. We do this by performing all aspects of drains, plumbing, heating and air conditioning service, and repair and replacement sales to homeowners. We take pride in providing our customers with world-class service and treat our clients with care, respect, and professionalism from the time he/she calls to the completion of the repair, installation, or maintenance need.
*This is a full-time hourly position with commission and bonus opportunity.
***Starting pay is $18-20 per hour***Spiffs, Bonus, and Commission opportunities available
What YOU will do:
- Analyze the HVAC system within a structure and develop an appropriate cleaning plan
- Quote cleaning prices for residential HVAC projects
- Perform complete duct-cleaning and provide a range of other indoor air quality services (residential)
- Ability to communicate the basic air duct cleaning process to clients
- Electronically document accurate notes, invoices, and options as needed
- Deliver consistent and excellent customer service that ensures a high level of customer satisfaction.
- System improvement and maintenance suggestions pertaining to the HVAC system to the customer
- Effectively sell additional duct cleaning services and other services
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must be able to lift over 50 lbs
- Positive Can do attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Sales Experience is a huge plus
- Knowledge of HVAC parts and their functions preferred
- Be able to follow OSHA requirements and safety precautions per company procedures and policies
Physical Requirements:
- Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear
- Occasionally required to lift and/or move objects over 50 pounds
- Regularly required to sit, stand, walk
- Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus
- Work is performed in residential properties (attic, garage, crawl space, roof)
- Frequent standing, squatting, sitting for extended periods of time
- Moderate exposure to physical risk
- Occasionally required to ascend/descend ladders and balance
