Service Credit Union is seeking a Project Coordinator/Analyst where you will aid the PMO in aligning project plans and deliverables across multiple projects. Responsible for communication, scheduling, and status reporting, the project coordinator/analyst acts as the liaison for the project team and various stakeholders in the organization. In addition, the project coordinator/analyst oversees the demand management process by coordinating and communicating with stakeholders from across the business throughout the demand lifecycle to ensure all proposed projects are properly reviewed and submitted for approval by Executive Leadership.
Pay: $51,031/yearly
Hours: Full time, Monday Friday, 8:30 5:00

The Day to Day:
- Coordinate project meetings, schedules, resources, information, and equipment for overall project deliverance for the Project Managers.
- Create, compile, and review reports, metrics, summarized dashboards, status reports, and other project data. Analyze and share findings and recommendations with PMO management for continuous process and reporting improvement.
- Work closely with Process Manager and stakeholders across every department in the organization to ensure project requirements, scope, and objectives are gathered in a timely manner.
- Serve as the demand manager for newly proposed projects, ensuring information within all demand documentation is complete. Schedules and reviews new demand submissions at weekly Project Review Board meetings.
- Review business cases for accuracy and completeness before submitting to Executive Leadership for final review and approval. Determines appropriate approval workflow based on specific business case parameters and information.
- Ensure stakeholder needs and requirements are documented and shared with project managers to meet project deadlines and deliverables.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree preferred.
- Minimum 1 - 3 years experience required.
- Certification (s), PMP, CSM, or CAPM preferred but not required.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively verbally and in writing.
- Proficient with Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Power point, and various web-based applications required.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
