Service Depot is looking for a Maintenance Scheduling Coordinator who wants a career with a purpose. Are you charismatic, happy, organized, bear for detail, and get excited when serving others? Read on!

We are looking for a unique Maintenance Scheduling Coordinator to take phone calls from our customers and schedule jobs for our maintenance techs.

Maintenance Scheduling Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Interact with customers via email, phone, or text in a positive and exuberant manner
  • Schedule the appropriate tech for the job
  • Follow up with the tech and customer to ensure timeliness
  • Return all messages in the same business day
  • Effectively handle customer compliments and complaints
  • Record pertinent customer information
  • Continually study and learn how to better and more efficiently serve our customers

Maintenance Scheduling Coordinator Qualifications:

  • Ability to speak with customers via phone in a friendly, professional and helpful manner
  • Energetic and excited for life and is motivated by helping others succeed
  • Exemplary communication skills—both written and oral
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to prioritize jobs
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, high stress environment
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Excellent "people skills" and can adapt to different personalities to communicate well
  • Adapt to changes quickly without hesitation, go with the flow
  • Outstanding MS Office and other computer skills, technology savvy
  • Ability to work well as part of a team

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
