Howard Air has an immediate need for an enthusiastic, self-motivated Comfort Advisor . The successful candidate must be able to work efficiently with great attention to detail, have exceptional multi-tasking skills, and be organized and able to perform in a fast-paced environment.

• Use a consultative sales approach to present options to new and existing customers.
• Present customer purchasing options including financing.
• Actively follow up on all sales leads and customer requests
• Provide a world-class customer experience with every interaction.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, evenings and weekends.
• Able to work individually and as part of a team.

Skills / Qualifications :

• Driver's License (Required)
• Minimum 2 years sales experience (Preferred)
• Strong ability to understand basic technical information related to HVAC equipment.
• Excellent communications skills
• Energetic and passionate about selling and providing excellent customer service.
• Some college or technical school education preferred.
• Must pass a drug test and background check.

WORK CONDITIONS :

• Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear.
• Occasionally required to lift and / or move objects 10-75 lbs
• Regularly required to sit, stand, walk.
• Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust and focus.
• Work is performed in residential properties (attic, garage, crawl space, roof)
• Frequent standing, squatting, sitting for extended periods.
• Moderate exposure to physical risk
• Occasionally required to ascend / descend ladders and balance.
