Restoration Technician - PAID TRAINING

What is it like to be a Restoration Technician at ServiceMaster Advantage?

ServiceMaster Advantage is a family owned & operated Franchise! We provide restoration in Central Indiana and surrounding areas. Job assignments can include specialty mitigation services, light demolition, water extraction, carpet and upholstery cleaning, mold abatement, vandalism clean-up, fire and smoke damage mitigation, content move-outs and pack ins, and content cleaning.

As a Restoration Technician, your role on the Team is to:

• This position is responsible for assisting in residential and commercial water & fire loss restoration in various roles and has the potential for advancement:
• Assist Customers in a time of need
• Communication with Customers, Insurance companies, and Administration
• Learn from experienced technicians with on-the-job training
• Initial Scope of a Loss
• Drying Equipment monitoring
• Assist with Demo
• Understanding water restoration technology, concepts, and procedures (willing to train)
• Available Overtime and can be added to an on-call rotation
• Potential to mobilize long distances for Large Losses or Catastrophe Events with bonus pay
• Be able to lift up to 50lbs
• Attention to detail on job sites
• Cleaning structures & contents affected by fire

Do you have these skills?

• Active or Former Military
• Just graduated High school or Trade School
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must have a valid Drivers License
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to travel out of town
• Able to move and/or lift 50 lbs.
• Must pass drug and background check
• Previous restoration experience is a plus!
