ServiceMaster by Angler has over 40 years of experience in the industry. We are looking for a supportive, motivated, detailed, thorough individual to join our team! If you enjoy providing unparalleled customer service skills along with job costing and analysis, this position may be for you. Ability to multi-task is a must, as multiple jobs will simultaneously require attention and coordination. Perform routine office work, including filing, order preparation, running reports, answering phones, data entry and daily communication with team.

A promising candidate will possess the following skills:

  • Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Quick Books experience a must.
  • Job costing analysis vs preset budgets
  • Willingness to go the extra mile - high level of customer service is a must!
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work well both independently and with others
  • Ability to maintain valuable, confidential information
  • Strong multi-tasking skills
  • Accounts receivable/payable a plus
  • Detail-orientated consistently producing accurate results
  • Strong work ethic

This is a full-time position from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. weekdays. You must be able to able to pass a background check, etc.
