Objective: Manage a business unit in a manner that enable employee's to learn, grow and advance while delivering service that goes above and beyond our customer's expectation.
Responsibilities:
Ensure managers clearly understand account expectations and demonstrate a proactive attitude.
Communicate clearly the standards of performance and labor budgets for each account to managers and service partners.
Ensure hat periodic projects are completed on schedule
Manage new account start ups
Assist manager with quality inspections and supply deliveries
Promote a professional image of employees, equipment and vehicles
Conduct training meeting
Ensure that equipment and supply inventories are adequate
Customer Service:
Establish a proactive Customer Service attitude through effective planning, clear definition, frequent measurement and feedback
Conduct customer visits as scheduled to ensure customer quality expectations are being exceeded.
Ensure customers knows that they are valued by same day response to communications and quick problem resolution.
