Responsibilities:

First Responder: You'll be one of the first on the scene, providing immediate services like securing the affected property and guiding owners through the restoration process.

Restoration Expert: Directly offer ServiceMaster Restoration Services to both residential and commercial clients impacted by water, fire, smoke, mold, and other environmental damages.

Lead Generator and Closer: You'll identify prospects through direct assessment of emergency events and convert leads into customers via in-person interactions, phone calls, and written communication.

Keep your finger on the pulse: Keep an eye on local, regional, and national emergencies to generate new sales opportunities.
Requirements:

Communication and Empathy: Essential for understanding client needs and closing sales.

Proven Sales Background: Demonstrated ability to close deals. (Outside Sales, B2B, D2D)

Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM and MS Office is a must.

Disciplined Self-Starters: Keep track of your schedule and activities.

Valid Driver’s License: Must have a good driving record.

Industry Experience: Prior experience in construction and restoration-related sales is a plus.
