Contract Specialist
We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Contract Specialist to provide support to ServiceMaster Brands’ Legal and Franchise Administration team, which handles all contract administration and compliance for the franchise network across all brands of ServiceMaster in the United States and Canada.
In this role, you will also have the opportunity to provide Executive Assistant support to the Chief Transformation Officer and the Chief Legal & Compliance Officer, and their respective teams.
This role is based in ServiceMaster Brands’ corporate headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia, and will report directly to the Chief Legal & Compliance Officer.
What you'll do:
- Contract compliance and expertise – US and Canada responsibility
- Executive assistant support with travel planning, scheduling, filing, expenses, and invoice processing
- Serve as a key member of the Global Legal team
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree or Associate degree preferred
- A minimum of five (5) years of prior contract or executive assistant experience, preferably with corporate in-house experience.
- Demonstrated administrative ability across multiple, cross-disciplinary teams.
Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to gain the confidence and respect of the legal team.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and efficiently.
- Excellent change management and process optimization skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
