Position: Maintenance Operations Coordinator
Location: Chattanooga, TN
Pay: $60,000-65,000 a year. Depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Utilize Work Order Systems for efficient work order management and administration.
Sourcing suppliers/researching and identifying potential suppliers, negotiation contracts, and building relationships with vendors to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
Monitoring inventory levels to ensure that necessary materials and supplies are always available without excess stock, thereby optimizing costs.
Review work scope and work order requests to ensure seamless support for technicians and timely completion of tasks.
Collaborate in the development of short-term and long-range maintenance schedules for each site.
Ensure all preventive maintenance, corrective actions, and reliability tasks are scheduled to meet compliance standards.
Required Experience/Qualifications:
Strong critical thinking skills and effective management abilities.
Experience in industrial maintenance project estimation and management.
Proficiency in conveyor systems and package handling systems repair and maintenance.
Excellent communication skills, both with technicians and customers.
Competency in computer skills for information creation, editing, and management.
Experience in multi-site and multi-craft management roles.
