As our Controller, reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, you will:
- Lead a committed, experienced team of staff accountants and accounts payable specialists
- Assist in developing agency and program budgets and analyzing budget performance
- Prepare financial summaries and forecasts
- Reconcile various statements and accounts
You have a solid educational background in Accounting and/or Business, at least five years of experience in the field, and CPA designation required. You’re also comfortable with Excel and other financial management systems. Flexible, insightful, and a skilled problem solver, you wouldn’t settle for a stuffy job—and neither would we! We enjoy working together, and we work hard. We also believe in balancing work and play, so come prepared to be part of a lively department and don’t expect to skip your vacation time.
We offer a salary range of $80,000-$100,000; with the option of a hybrid remote schedule after training period.
