Crew Leader / Assistant Construction Supervisor

Job Description :
Provides support to the construction supervisor. Oversee and manage crew when Construction Supervisor is not on the site.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform work as instruction by construction project manager and construction supervisor.
- Oversee the safety of all personnel on site, ensuring that all workers adhere to safety protocols and that equipment is used correctly.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication between contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Manage construction crews, assigning tasks, and providing guidance and supervision to ensure high-quality work.
- Regularly inspect ongoing work to ensure that it meets all project specifications and quality standards.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with state and local building codes and regulations.
Position Qualifications :
- Valid driver's license.
- Employee must be able to lift 50-100 pounds.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and five years of responsible experience in building and mechanical equipment maintenance and repair ;
Pay Rate : $26.44 / hour.
