Intern Job Responsibilities:
- Understands the overall concept of marketing and marketing process, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service.
- Operational support in developing marketing initiatives for Belgium and the Netherlands.
- Accepts designated, business-focus projects to research, propose ideas and solutions, and present final project during the internship.
- Support sales with marketing operations (e.g., reporting) related requests..
- Provide suggestions to management for improving customer service and internal processes.
- Learns and becomes proficient on internal software systems.
- Assists in creating performance reports.
Work Hours & Benefits
Work hours 9h00-17h30 from Monday to Friday, where we have 30 minutes lunch break between 12h00 and 13h30. Full availability to the canteen for lunch, where sandwiches, drinks are available.
You will be receiving a dedicated buddy in first 2 months to let you feel comfortable with ServiceNow office in Amsterdam. You will be mentored by your line manager with weekly meeting points in your calendar, to ensure a smooth execution of projects/ tasks as well idea sharing, conceptual thinking process an overall growth in your marketing/go to market knowledge , Product training will be made available for you to have the best understanding of workflows and industries and co- support with the team in building go-to-market plans.
In case of school credits – let this be an option to investigate with the designated school.
Qualifications
Intern Qualifications / Skills:
- Verbal and written communication Dutch-English is a must
- Operational (roll up sleeves) mindset
- Organizational skills
- Interest in reporting – analyzing skills
- Customer focus minded
- Confidentiality is key
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
- In 3rd or 4th year of college graduate program
