Job Description

What you get to do in this role: 

  • Partner and directly interface with Sales teams to ensure accuracy of headcount, OPEX (personnel, T&E, and program) and provide thoughtful analysis/insight
  • Drive improvements, automations, and governance around end-to-end financial planning processes, including long-range planning, monthly and quarterly forecasts, and scenario modeling, while partnering with the Sales Planning team
  • Lead forecasting process and consolidation for Headcount and OPEX for total Sales Org, working with International Finance & Finance peers
  • Support the month end, quarter end, and year end corporate reporting requirements
  • Analyze financial results/KPIs and communicate important messages to senior management optimizing our performance through monthly business reviews
  • Work with Accounting, IT, and Sales Operations to provide management reporting, accounting and compliance understanding of global and local operational initiatives

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

  • 7  years experience
  • Undergraduate degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, or related discipline.
  • Experience partnering with Sales, with understanding of key SaaS and Sales KPIs and metrics
  • A prior background in FP&A, equity research, investment banking, or similar background that understands both financial and operational metrics
  • Analytical mindset, with advanced financial modeling and reporting abilities
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Proficient in working in large datasets and identifying trends / anomalies against expectations
  • Experience with Anaplan, BPC, SAP, Business Objects, Tableau, or other BI tools a plus

FD21

For positions in the Bay Area, we offer a base pay of $124,400 - $217,600, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs (subject to eligibility requirements). Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location.
