Job Description
As ServiceNow continues its unprecedented growth, the company seeks to build strategic partnerships with leading software vendors. As a result, ServiceNow is seeking a proactive, passionate Planning CoE Specialist.
What you get to do in this role:
- Focus on Worldwide Sales and Sales Operations Long Range Planning / Annual Operation Planning / In-Year planning initiatives
- Lead the effort to develop a comprehensive program/project definition and plan
- Orchestrate internal ServiceNow teams to increase visibility, collaboration, and alignment with program needs
- Lead the effort to mobilize a cross-functional team to bring the program/project to life
- Identify and solve cross-functional and inter-team challenges.
- Establish project/program governance model, communications plans, operational cadence, and team structure/staffing requirements
- Develop and lead the project status reporting cadence
- Collaborate with corporate, sales, BU, and cross-CXS teams to provide global alignment and issue resolution
- Manage multiple business stakeholders to develop solutions that achieve productivity growth and develop operational best practices
- Lead and manage cross-functional global teams (business, IT, operations, finance, sales, etc.) in a matrix management framework
- Plan, communicate, and socialize process changes that impact Sales teams through multiple channels (e.g., newsletters, portals, sessions, monthly meetings, etc.). Identify key stakeholders and audiences and develop actionable reporting and communications framework
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you should have:
- 3-5 years of proven experience of sales operations in a software sales organization
- Experience in sales planning process, managing projects or resource allocation
- Has been in a role supporting sellers
- Team player with a positive attitude ready to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in an aggressive, fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities
- Must be hands-on with attention to detail and be willing to “roll up your sleeves”
- SaaS experience is a plus

Work personas
Work personas are categories that are assigned to employees depending on the nature of their work. Employees will fall into one of three categories: Remote, Flexible or Required in Office.
Required in Office
A required in office work persona is defined as an employee who is contracted to work from or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office. This persona is required to work from their assigned workplace location 100% of the work week based on the business needs of their role.
Flexible
A flexible work persona is defined as an employee who is contracted to work from or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office and will work from their assigned workplace location roughly 3 days/week or less (generally around 40-60% of the work week). Flexible employees may choose to work the remaining working time from their workplace location or home. Flexible employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.
Remote
A remote work persona is defined as an employee who performs their responsibilities exclusively outside of a ServiceNow workplace and is not contracted or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office, including those whose place of work (pursuant to their terms and conditions of employment) is their home. Remote employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.
