Job Description
We have 2 co-op roles within our Social Media team
Social Copyediting & Copywriting: This role will support social media campaigns through copywriting across our platforms; they will also copyedit for our employee advocacy publishing tool, helping to edit employee submissions to ensure all content reflects our standards for corporate professionalism
Insights, Listening & Community: This role will support our community management lead by helping with daily listening, scheduling and publishing of content, identifying trends and opportunities for engagement, analyzing competitive and beacon brands in social, and reporting on content performance.
Qualifications
Who you are:
- Expecting B. A. in communications, creative writing, journalism, English or related field.
Graduating May 2023 or later
Able to work full time (40 hours/week) during normal business hours from July - December 2022
- Ability to think quickly and pivot when necessary, to counsel partners and execute plans with a preference for a collaborative work style.
- Curious and creative; energetic, detail-oriented, collaborative and empathetic approach to teamwork.
- Proficient in social media & relevant KPIs/data.
- Content creation skills a plus but not required.
- Copywriting experience, with experience in social media preferred.
- Experience in B2B and/or B2C industries appreciated

Required in Office
A required in office work persona is defined as an employee who is contracted to work from or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office. This persona is required to work from their assigned workplace location 100% of the work week based on the business needs of their role.
Flexible
A flexible work persona is defined as an employee who is contracted to work from or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office and will work from their assigned workplace location roughly 3 days/week or less (generally around 40-60% of the work week). Flexible employees may choose to work the remaining working time from their workplace location or home. Flexible employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.
Remote
A remote work persona is defined as an employee who performs their responsibilities exclusively outside of a ServiceNow workplace and is not contracted or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office, including those whose place of work (pursuant to their terms and conditions of employment) is their home. Remote employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.
