Job Description
What you get to do in this role:
- Serve as the primary training liaison and trusted partner for local stakeholders.
- Work proactively and collaboratively with stakeholder leadership and global and regional training teams to assess and identify needed learning interventions and success factors.
- Analyze training needs and requests and recommend the appropriate learning solutions.
- Interface with subject matter experts, business owners, and regional and global peers to meet business needs across multiple cross-functional teams.
- Identify resource needs and assist in external training vendor selection and onboarding.
- Develop and implement learning strategies and programs.
- Play a key role in developing and managing training projects, including coordinating activities for geographically dispersed teams, defining project timelines, identifying priorities, overseeing the creation of storyboards, scripts, design documents, and development and revision of training content
- Lead geographically dispersed project teams, including subject matter experts, instructional designers and eLearning developers.
- Work with Learning Management System team to plan and execute learning programs.
- Manage cross-functional stakeholder communications.
- Own, manage and report training metrics including monitoring, tracking and reporting on all metrics on training programs, including pilots and projects.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
- 7 years of experience in the corporate training space.
- A Master's degree in Educational Technology or equivalent experience.
- Experience designing and facilitating a variety of learning offerings: web-based/eLearning, video, instructor-led classes, blended learning, assessments.
- Experience recommending the right solutions, based on training goals and objectives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including presenting at various channels – site, region and global level and various levels from Sr. Leadership to individual contributors
- Strong organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in data analysis - gathering, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends and developing strong recommendations for result-oriented training programs.
- A strong desire for continuous improvement and driven to achieve goals.
- The ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team with a flexible work style.
- The ability to learn quickly, be curious, open to feedback and highly adaptable to change.
- Strong organizational skills and is disciplined with time to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working with technical and/or software development training content and technical audiences.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, results-oriented, data-driven environment.
- A proven track record of effective project management and experience using project management tools.
- An ability to take initiative and be proactive, without waiting for direction.
- An ability to travel domestically and globally as needed.

Remote
A remote work persona is defined as an employee who performs their responsibilities exclusively outside of a ServiceNow workplace and is not contracted or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office, including those whose place of work (pursuant to their terms and conditions of employment) is their home. Remote employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.
