Job Description

This position supports the Michigan Authoritative Imagery and Lidar program (MiSAIL), the Geospatial Services program, and other Center for Shared Solutions information management activities in a learning capacity. This position will support professional GIS staff in the area of data development, processing, analytics, and general mapping using ArcMap, ArcPro, and GeoExpress software. This position requires knowledge of GIS technology and the use of sound data management principles along with the ability to learn quickly with excellent communication, organization, and people skills.


Required Education and Experience

Education
Current enrollment in high school, vocational or technical school, or post-secondary educational institution.

Experience
No specific type or amount is required.

Additional Requirements and Information

The student must provide evidence of enrollment or acceptance to an educational institution.
