Qualifications
This position will teach GT Math and GT ELA classes. Key roles of this position include identification, program coordination, direct delivery of content, assessment, and data collection and analysis using technology. The teacher of gifted/talented students implements a program that ensures differentiated instruction designed to meet student needs. The middle school gifted/talented (GT) program works cooperatively with middle school staff and parents to develop the interest and abilities of identified students.
Salary: Per negotiated agreement

Qualifications
- Current Maine Teacher Certification
- 690 Endorsement - preferred
- Master's Degree
- Middle School teaching experience
- Certification in Literacy and Mathematics
- Familiarity with PBIS, RTI, Maine and national learning standards
