Job Summary
The primary responsibility of the Sales Specialist is to support the Products Sales and Marketing Department by increasing process efficiency, data clean-up, and implementing actionable/quantifiable steps to maximize the expansion and retention of SERVPROs customer base. This position also supports the planning and replenishment team with data setup and light data mining.
You will

Provide product resource reporting by compiling sales and marketing data into excel documents for Sales Manager and Division Manager analysis.

Maintain and manage Product Resource Center Division schedule by providing monthly/quarterly financial reporting and track training to ensure compliance is being followed.

Maintain and update quarterly field sales and promotions.

Assist in customer segmentation, sales force effectiveness, and sales force optimization analysis.

Provide analytic support for territory and customer segmentation based on opportunity.

Support the sales penetration activities by providing historical data and trending to the sales team.

Analyze data, identify trends, and generate useful conclusions and actionable recommendations to improve operational efficiencies and support sales teams.

Manage special projects assigned by the Product Sales Manager. Act as Point of Contact for all active and archived projects within Basecamp.

Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the Franchise/customer experience.

Build and implement proactive customer outreach program.

Work cross-functionally with teams to implement system changes.
You have

Ability to read, write, and speak the English language to communicate with employees, customers, suppliers, in person, on the phone, and by written communications in a clear, straight-forward, and professional manner.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office including the use of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Advanced Excel skillset for data analysis.

Must understand basic math.

Must be organized and have effective time management skills.

Great Plains and Sales Force a plus

High School Diploma or GED required.

Associate Degree in Business Management, Marketing or related field preferred.
