Summary:
SERVPRO of Bismarck is currently searching for an experienced business development manager who can partner with multiple departments to drive measurable results that benefit our business. Our ideal candidate will be able to implement an effective sales approach that expands our reach, strengthens customer relationships, and builds new relationships while creating awareness of the Servpro brand in the Bismarck area. They will also actively seek out other business opportunities that can boost revenue and set our company apart. Grow and develop customer base by utilizing a systematic process (Route Selling) to identify new prospects and cultivate relationships by routinely contacting, visiting, and following up with customers. Provide and communicate clear and accurate scope of services Servpro provides while maintaining a positive and professional presence. Monitor and follow up on all assigned jobs, ensuring customer needs are met.

Physical and Work Environment Requirements:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. This job requires the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend, stand, walk, and sit for extended periods of time.
A SERVPRO of Bismarck marketing vehicle will be provided to conduct local sales routes, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be required.
Normal Working Hours, Additional Working Hours, and Travel Requirements:
This is a full-time position working varying hours between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. This position may require longer hours, occasional weekends and some flexibility in hours may be needed dependent upon the business needs.
