Position Overview:
As a Fire Mitigation and Cleaning Technician, you will play a vital role in our team by responding to fire damage emergencies, assessing the extent of damage, and implementing mitigation and restoration procedures. You will also be responsible for cleaning and restoring affected properties to pre-loss condition, ensuring the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to fire damage emergencies and assess the scope of damage.
• Implement mitigation procedures to prevent further damage to properties.
• Perform fire damage cleanup, including debris removal, soot and smoke removal, and odor mitigation.
• Utilize specialized equipment and techniques to clean and restore damaged property contents.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient and effective restoration processes.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers throughout the restoration process.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in fire damage restoration or a related field preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
