Summary: The Restoration Production Manager oversees all aspects of assigned restoration projects and assigned restoration crews. Their responsibilities are centered around customer satisfaction, revenue growth, management development and staff development. The Restoration Production Manager is also a first responder on Emergency fire and water property loss situations and has a secondary position of understanding , organizing and directing on site activities. 

As the Restoration Production Manager, you will oversee all aspects of assigned restoration.  This front-line will lead their team to operational excellence:
  • Ensure an accurate scope of work for projects utilizing computer hardware and proprietary software
  • Negotiate customer and / or client approval of project scope and estimate
  • Schedule , coordinate and oversee crews and resources to provide services on active projects to include subcontractors
  • Review job sites documentation to support the services provided and ensure proper client requirements and billing process
Primary Responsibilities:

  • Job Site Training/ Safety Training 
  • Ensure an accurate scope of work for all projects
  • Commercial Job Management 
  • Monitoring Job Sites
  • Job Profitability ( job costing/balance profitability )
  • Drybook ( Proprietary Software)
  • Job Scheduling
  • Commercial Job Compliance 
  • Sub-contractor Management-schedule/include
  • Coordinate with Office Manager 
  • Project Scope of Work
  • Review Estimate for Accuracy 
  • Assist with Hiring
  • Priority Responder to all emergency calls
  •  Manage the Customer Experience and Overall Customer Satisfaction
  • Manage Equipment and Materials 
Sub Contractors:
Manage and communicate scope of work with specialty sub-contactors, : Electronics Restoration, Dry Cleaners, Document Restoration, Rental Equipment, GC for Board up, Tarping & Temp Structures, Electrician (Temp power)

Sub Contractor Paperwork:
 
Certificates of Insurances ( COI) , Sub contractor agreement, W-9 

Education and Experience Requirements:
  • High School Diploma/GED required , Associates or Bachelors degree strongly preferred.
  • Industry Certifications preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in operations
  • Minimum 1 year management experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills, leadership skills, and management skills 
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
Physical and Work Environment Requirements:
This is a management position occasionally working in an office environment : however, frequent field visits and field management will require jobsite activities. . Occasional jobsite activities may involve lifting 50 pounds independently, occasionally lifting 100 pounds with assistance, walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting climbing ladders, utilizing scaffolding or lifts , pushing/pulling/lifting/ carrying objects, working around chemicals, and working overhead.

While performing occasional jobsite duties, the employee may be exposed to fumes or airborne particles. the employee is occasionally exposed toa Varity of extreme conditions such as heat, noxious odors, etc. The noise level in the work environment and jobsites manty be loud. The employee will be required to occasionally wear a respirator for their safety

Normal Working Hours, Additional Working Hours and Travel Requirements:
This is a full-time position working 7:00am-5:00pm Monday - Friday, 45 Hours per week. This position frequently requires long hours 
( Beyond 8 hours a day) , including evenings, weekends and on call hours as needed. Travel is required and is primarily local. However, some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.
