The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for answering phones, providing customer service, and coordinating/scheduling jobs. Responsibilities will also include documenting job files, entering estimates, submitting insurance claims, Accounts receivables/ Collections.
Position requirements:
- HOURS * 40 hours/week Mon- Fri, some weekends (flexible to work overtime/on-call when required)
