• Basic knowledge of Florida building codes
• Communicate effectively and professionally verbally and in writing
• Valid driver's license a clear driving record
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law, including employment verification, drug testing, and driver license verification

Physical and Work Environment Requirements :

• Exposure to extreme conditions such as heat
• Walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing
• Ability to use a variety of tools including power tools
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs. assisted
• Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
