Construction estimator

SERVPRO of Dardenne Prairie / Weldon Springs / St. Peters / Charles is hiring a Construction Sales Estimator !SERVPRO is a full-service construction general contractor that focuses on repairs needed to buildings after an insured event occurs.

This is a great Entry Level opportunity for someone interested in a professional construction career. This position will come with extensive training and mentoring along with promotion opportunities for the right individual.

Key Responsibilities :

• Schedule site inspections and communicate with potential customers throughout the process to convert them to customers for the company.
• Use specialized software, cameras and equipment to document the jobsite and create an estimate.
• Work with third party companies to receive approval of estimates before work begins.

Requirements :

• Great customer communication skills
• Ability to learn and use new technology on a daily basis
• Analytical skills and attention to detail
• Experience in construction, home services, restoration or cleaning sales or estimating.

Skills / Physical Demands / Competencies :

• Valid drivers license with good driving record. (you’ll be driving company vehicles)
• Complete a background check for no prior felony convictions, per state law.
• Basic knowledge of construction materials and processes
• Ability to set up and climb extension ladders, then walk safely on residential roofs, as needed (this is not a daily activity but will be required)
