Servtech is a 501(c)3 Non-Profit Agency, with a fundamental mission of Assisting those with a severe disability obtain gainful employment. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES are, but not limited to:
- Custodial Responsibilities: Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them. Strip and refinish floors. Operating scrub machines and propane buffers Gather and empty trash. Collect and remove cardboard and compact cardboard using baler. Making cardboard bales and storing them. Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees. Service, clean, and supply restrooms. Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment. Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.
- Able to lead others in these tasks and follow up on expectations.
Physical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to stand, walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The associate is occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, or crouch. The associate must regularly lift and/or move up to 60 pounds and reaches from 6-72 inches. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color, and depth perception. Work Environment: the work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an associate encounter while performing the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the associate is frequently exposed to wet, hot, or cold conditions and moving material and handling equipment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

- Proven work experience as a Custodial, in a leadership position
- Good understanding of Custodial procedures
- Active participation in scheduling and ordering of supplies.
- Excellent organization skills
- Good communication skills
