Job Description
Role Overview: As an Operations Associate, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation of Electronic Shelf Labels (ESLs) in retail stores and pharmacies across Ireland and the UK. Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end processes, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and driving process improvements to enhance overall operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the complete implementation process of ESLs in retail stores and pharmacies, ensuring successful rollouts.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers and third-party providers, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
• Utilize project management tools like Teamwork and ClickUp to track project progress and tasks.
• Oversee customer stock order fulfillment and coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery.
• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and drive their implementation.
• Document and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Coordinate third-party services for on-site surveys and installations.
• Design and implement digital label templates according to requested specifications.
• Perform administrative tasks and maintain accurate records.
• Place inventory and supply orders as required to support operational needs.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong computer proficiency, including experience with computer services installation and maintenance, SQL, networking, and hardware configuration.
• Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to manage customer expectations effectively.
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with inventory management, database systems, or related software is advantageous.
• Very detail oriented.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
• Flexibility to work flexible hours and occasional remote work.
• Based in Cork, Ireland or London, UK
