Sesdac, Inc. a CQL accredited, non-for-profit organization, supporting adults with developmental disabilities is seeking an Assistant Director of Services. This position will report to the Director of Services and will be responsible for the overall management and operations of assigned organizational components. The Assistant Director of Services will provide on-going leadership, management, training, evaluation and consultation to staff members to provide and coordinate services to accomplish the mission of Sesdac, Inc.
Candidates will have strong oral and written communication skills. A Bachelor's Degree in a Human Service related field and a minimum of 3 years' experience working with persons with developmental or intellectual disabilities is required. At least one year of supervisory experience is also required.
The successful candidate will be classified as non-exempt with a starting salary dependent on qualifications. All employees receive paid training.
