We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill our need for a medical assistant/front desk receptionist. We are looking for an individual who is accountable, responsible, exudes a positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Answer Phones
- Patient Scheduling
- Inventory of Supplies and Ordering
- Record Keeping
- Maintaining a Professional Work space
- Reminder Calls, Emails and post surgical Follow Ups
- End of the Week Reports
- Stocking Rooms OR
- Other tasks as assigned
- Assisting physician in providing quality care to patients
- Maintain patients' medical records
- Review medical history
- Obtain appropriate consents
- Maintain Social Media and Marketing accounts, posting before and after photos, answering leads and inquiries, managing SEO & SEM.
- Booking consultations, sending quotes and following up post quote.
Qualifications and Skills
- Highly effective communicator (both written and verbally)
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- 2 years experience in the health field
