What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Assistant and Office Coordinator position at Seto Plastic Surgery?

We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill our need for a medical assistant/front desk receptionist. We are looking for an individual who is accountable, responsible, exudes a positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Answer Phones
  • Patient Scheduling
  • Inventory of Supplies and Ordering
  • Record Keeping
  • Maintaining a Professional Work space
  • Reminder Calls, Emails and post surgical Follow Ups
  • End of the Week Reports
  • Stocking Rooms OR
  • Other tasks as assigned
  • Assisting physician in providing quality care to patients
  • Maintain patients' medical records
  • Review medical history
  • Obtain appropriate consents
  • Maintain Social Media and Marketing accounts, posting before and after photos, answering leads and inquiries, managing SEO & SEM.
  • Booking consultations, sending quotes and following up post quote.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Highly effective communicator (both written and verbally)
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • 2 years experience in the health field

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
