Renewable Natural Gas Project Manager

SASE is looking for an experienced Renewable Natural Gas Project Manager to join our team. The RNG Project Manager will be responsible for the execution of multiple company functions related to methane digester project implementation and execution. This person would be expected to manage project workloads, scheduling, and implementation with multiple points of contact. This will include oversight of early-stage project development, management of estimating, bidding, and procuring, and oversight during the construction phase of each project.

Job Duties

1. Oversee methane digester projects for company functions, including:
   1. Design/engineering – coordination of design/engineering between internal engineering department and other company departments (pre-construction, construction, compliance, financial).
   2. Bidding/procuring – working directly on, and directing SASE team members throughout, the bidding and procurement phases of each project.
   3. Construction – working with SASE construction staff to manage construction projects to meet budget and schedule requirements.
   4. Client management – initially, existing client relationships will be maintained through current SASE staff. The goal of this position is to become part of those relationships and become the point of contact throughout the execution of each project.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related technical field
2. Minimum seven (7) years previous experience in project management and construction of heavy civil and renewable energy projects, including methane digesters.
3. Experience in bidding and procurement of components for methane digesters is required.
4. Experience in design/engineering of methane digesters preferred but not required.
5. Exceptional verbal, written, and technical communication skills.
6. Ability to travel for extended periods of time.
