POSITION: Work Study - Operations
REPORTS TO: Assistant Registrar – Operations, Registrar
NORMAL WORK AREA: Office of the Registrar
POSITION SUMMARY
The Work Study - Operations assists the department by providing the following services: ● Electronic Indexing (I-Drive)/ Batching to AppExtender / Filing to Student Folders / Scanning ● Diploma processing/mailings
Major/minor forms
Internet submissions: grad apps/diploma address (back-up general mailing address, FEPRA) ● Address Updates
Degree/Enrollment Verification/Letters

Closing Records (only 1 week prior to the start of the term)
Catalog, acalog updates
Assist with email boxes
○ rooperations@seu.edu
○ graduation@seu.edu
Projects within the operations team of registrar’s office
Major/minor Google document maintenance
Other duties as assigned
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED
One year experience as a student within higher education required
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience working in Jenzabar EX Registration Module
Knowledge of Southeastern University degree programs, course offerings, and JICS
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
Strong work ethic
Strong attention to detail
Knowledge of Google Sheets and/or Excel
Strong inter and intra-personal skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to learn new technology/software applications quickly
TRAINING TIME
Three months to learn details of main job duties and responsibilities
● Six months to a year to perform all job-related duties with minimum supervision
