Treatment Coordinator
We are looking for a Treatment Coordinator for our busy dental office in Dallas, Georgia. Through patient education and relationships, our Treatment Coordinator ensures our patients understand their Treatment and financial obligations. The Coordinator is responsible for managing Treatment Plans, scheduling patients, collecting patient co-pays and managing the doctor’s schedule. Our ideal candidate will be able to work through obstacles and help the patient with financing options.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Support all aspects of the dental office
- Presenting and reviewing treatment plan fees and payment options with patients
- Ensure timely and accurate customer service
- Communication with patients and insurance companies
- Ensure company’s policies and procedures are met
- Answering phones
- Schedule and confirm appointments
Skills
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to comfortably present large Treatment Plans and collect payments

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
